There are two methods available for booking:
1. Through Airbnb website.
2. or send us a Private Message via Facebook.
3. Booking is confirmed once booking deposit is received.
4. Our booking deposit is RM 100.
5. The booking deposit is converted to security deposit after check-in.
6. Please pay the full amount while checking-in.
7. The RM 100 security deposit is refunded after check-out.
House Rules:
1. Maximum number of people allowed is 18 people.2. Smoking is strictly not allow inside the house.
3. No pets are allowed inside the house.
4. Explosive materials are strictly prohibited.
5. Illegal activities or parties are strictly prohibited.
6. Facilities are to be handled with care.
7. Guests are advised to switch off all lights and air-conditioner when leaving the unit.
8. Guests are liable for any additional damages done to the room or furniture.
9. Please remember to inform us if you wish to check out sooner or later.
10. Guests are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance as owner isn't liable for any injuries while staying in the house.
*The owner reserves the right to terminate or refuse the lodging contract of guests if any of the above regulations are violated.
